Ever wondered why retro fashion never goes out of circulation? and why it’s actually making waves in the fashion industry? I might not have the right answers myself but I am so loving the Retro feel in the recent fashion trends.
Come to think of it, in the past few months or years, retro styles have made their way back into the fashion scene and onto the streets of the biggest fashion cities, either reworked, revamped or worn with a modern twist which however is the new cool just because it looks unique and luxurious.
One thing I have come to understand about retro/vintage items is that, most of them are rare pieces thereby costing a fortune and not really as assessible and mass produced as those on the high street or more so have been worn by some rich elites years ago for an event, on a date, even on a good old night out you never know, or might have been a symbol of a great or memorable occasion and then it’s now yours, maybe with a little wine spot to show someone had had much fun in them. I know right, Imagine that 😊😊 but you stand out in them and believe it or not you definitely look elegant in them too if styled correctly.
Ebay, esty are a great place to search for them amazing standout pieces and for a fair price sometimes if you have a good bargaining power, if you haven’t, do let me know I might be able to help.
So, Going retro today in very “secretary” ish” look, but oh well, it’s a colour revolution and that’s because we all love colours…
